FARMERS MARKET AND FESTIVALS RETURN TO THE ALAMEDA
The Alameda Business Association, in conjunction with the Shasta/Hanchett Park Neighborhood Association, will again sponsor The Alameda Farmers Market and Festival on The Alameda beginning May 26 and running through September 29, 2007.
The Market will be held Saturday mornings at the corner of The Alameda and Hanchett Avenue from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Every Saturday the Farmers Market will feature an outstanding selection of fruits and vegetables, fresh cut flowers, plants, freshly baked breads, candies, and a wide assortment food and drink. In addition, local designers and artists will present creative, hand crafted items of jewelry, paintings, drawings, photography and other arts and crafts. Our big jump house will continue to delight the youngsters again this year.
In addition, our Festivals on The Alameda will be held on the last Saturday of each month and will feature special events and celebrations throughout the summer. The Festivals will have entertainment, exhibits, and cultural performances featuring local talent here on The Alameda.

July 28 Drums on The Alameda
August 25 Guitars on The Alameda
September 29 Dance on The Alameda
